PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONAL USE

The products that you receive are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples thereof, that you receive from us. Any unauthorized use by you of the site or any and/or all of our content automatically terminates the limited licenses set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy provided by applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.

The violation of any of these conditions may subject you to prosecution civil or criminal, under and in terms of Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 in order to protect our intellectual property and other property rights.
